From that point forward, we guide you through the process to turn your dreams into reality.
Getting to Know You
- Initially, we like you to visit our showroom, where we can get to know you, your tastes, lifestyle and vision for your newly remodeled room.
- During this meeting, feel free to share any pictures or plans you might have for the new space. If you bring us photos of your existing room, we can get a sense of the work to be completed.
- With this information, we develop a preliminary plan and estimate for your review. Generally, the preliminary estimate is prepared to help establish a budget for the entire project.
Planning Your Project
- If you are pleased with your design and feel comfortable with the provided budget, the next step is to visit your home to obtain more precise measurements. We use these measurements to refine your plan and to better aid us in calculating a more precise price quote.
- Over the past twenty years we have developed our in-house estimating program, which consists of a checkoff list of nearly 170 individual price items. This list helps us to better ensure that most every item in your project is taken into account. Because of this, our margin of error is very low, eliminating many hidden costs that can arise once your project begins.
Fine-Tuning Your Design
- In our mind, this is probably the most important step in the process. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with each and every detail of your room.
- Our 3D drawing program creates virtual designs, which enable you to clearly envision the completed project and imagine the feel of living in the space. We work with you to tweak the design and make minor changes so that the end result will meet the highest standards in the construction industry.
- Once a formal contract is signed, we process permits for you (if required) and order your cabinets.
- Then the fun begins as we guide you in selecting items (such as appliances, fixtures, tile, flooring, etc.) for your project.
The Transformation
- This is the most exciting part as you gradually see the results of your choices and plans come to life!
- As our highly skilled craftsmen and contractors work on your room, we are consistently in communication with you to ensure a smooth and timely completion and to respond to any questions you may have.
